There are times when a manager tells you are wrong but in fact it’s the manager who is mistaken or incorrect. And there are those managers who refuse to accept they are wrong so there is a point when you need to recognize to stop trying to convince them otherwise. So, how do you know when to stop trying to argue factually?
Strategies and processes on conflict resolution don’t matter if a party is not interested in resolving the problem. So, how about asking first if there is interest in a resolution and if the answer is NO then you move on and not waste time. Do you agree?
