What top traits companies look for in employees?

A lot of space is given to a desired specific skill set employees should have but valued personal traits are just as important. For example, traits such as being a “go-getter, committed, confident, loyal, self-motivated, enthusiastic and hard worker” and others make the list of what management looks up to as differentiators. So, what are your top 3 personal traits and how do you tell a story to convincingly demonstrate you got these?
