Why should common sense be the #1 rule in 2022?

The last couple of years have been not only chaotic but disruptive on many levels. Regardless of where your stand on a number of issues, the lack of common sense has made it even more difficult and challenging to achieve progress. So, how about applying the rule of common sense to test our commitment to get better and disregard those who refuse to use it?

Arturo’s volunteer experience ranges from holding the position of Co-Chair Diversity Business Council at the Conference Board, Board Chair for INROADS Midwest Region, Strategy Planning committee member for MERS Goodwill Board to presenter at The Forum on Workplace Inclusion Conference. He holds a master's degree in International Business and is ABD in a doctoral management program on Management Theory & Practice. He is also fluent in Spanish. And his alma mater is Northern Arizona University.
