What is one tool you will use in 2022?

The new year, for some, brings an opportunity to have a new year’s resolution. Not sure how successful you are with these but perhaps the focus should be on selecting a tool which can enable you to achieve your resolution. Google, for example, has a 20% rule where employees spend 20% of the time in a given day out of the week to work on mastering a task or skill. Would this work for you? HappyNewYear!

He holds a master's degree in International Business and is ABD in a doctoral management program on Management Theory & Practice. He is also fluent in Spanish. And his alma mater is Northern Arizona University.
