How do we solve diversity issues?

Even before we get to the solving phase of a problem, we need to accept the reality that one exists. In the case of diversity issues, some are in denial. The other challenge is that some pay lip service to diversity only when it is convenient or advantageous to them. Regardless, how about starting with the idea of of not turning a blind eye to diversity issues? If no, why not?

He holds a master's degree in International Business and is ABD in a doctoral management program on Management Theory & Practice. He is also fluent in Spanish. And his alma mater is Northern Arizona University.
