Why do some want to rewrite history?

The world is full of stories of how countries, for example, were conquered while in some instances you see the conquered being rebellious and fight for independence. Regardless, in some cases, there are those who choose to tell a different story from what actually happened. So, rewriting history misses the point of potential lessons learned whether in business, our community or personal lives. Do you agree?

Arturo’s volunteer experience ranges from holding the position of Co-Chair Diversity Business Council at the Conference Board, Board Chair for INROADS Midwest Region, Strategy Planning committee member for MERS Goodwill Board to presenter at The Forum on Workplace Inclusion Conference. He holds a master's degree in International Business and is ABD in a doctoral management program on Management Theory & Practice. He is also fluent in Spanish. And his alma mater is Northern Arizona University.
