What happens when bias is normalized?

It is human nature to be bias – for example – you may prefer lime in your guacamole because you think it taste better. So, if others use lemon instead then you will be bias towards lime. But, when bias is used in an unfairly manner like a preference to hire younger applicants vs. older workers than it gets complicated. Let’s do a test- can you list biases you own and others that perhaps you are not aware of?
