Whatever happened to basic manners?

Generally speaking, kids at an early age are taught basic manners, which include the standard ones like saying Thank You & Please, being Polite, to be Respectful, not to Interrupt, not to Judge and to say Excuse Me among others. Unfortunately, some peers at work don’t seem to practice many of these. Regardless of the reason, how toxic is it to have someone on the team who lacks basic manners?
