The sense of being in control and safe are part of our comfort zone while avoiding chaos and major disruptions in our routines. However, in the absence of external induced high anxiety, there is an opportunity to prepare for a future crisis and learning something completely new. The point is that Unconscious Incompetence can lead you to trouble. So, how do you know you are stuck in the comfort zone?
