Again, how do you best manage objections?

It is impossible to get yes to everything we ask so when we get an objection it should not be a surprise. First, need to understand if the objection is simply a smoke screen to avoid the question/request or if the response is real. So, for example, how do you work with someone who objects to the COVID 19 vaccine when the company now has a Coronavirus vaccine mandate?
