When do you hire a perfectionist?

Think of a project at home – sometimes the results turn out bad, perhaps good but not great and there is perfection. So, one key factor in determining when to hire a perfectionist is based on the result you are looking for so if the best is what you are seeking then you have your answer. Doing otherwise, you will not be satisfied with the result. At the end, it will cost you more to get it “right.” Do you agree?

He holds a master's degree in International Business and is ABD in a doctoral management program on Management Theory & Practice. He is also fluent in Spanish. And his alma mater is Northern Arizona University.
