How do you remember the 9/11 attacks?

You probably still remember where you were when you first heard of the 9/11 attacks in 2001 and the emotions may have included being mad, sad and scared. The normal reactions included disbelief and disgust at such horrific events specially when the twin towers in New York were coming down. The antidote to all this is and was effective leadership. So, is there a leadership life lesson you took away from the 9/11 attacks?
