How do you manage hate at work?

The reality in life is that hate is around us which includes the workplace. But, there is no denying knowing the feeling you get when you think someone “hates” you. The feeling is clear to you when you see it and it shows up as insults, ridicule, humiliation and put downs among others. A soul search is required to understand what is going on and steps to accept what you can or can’t do depending on your position at the company. So, how have you dealt with a “hater” at work?
