What is the biggest challenge in a crisis?

A crisis does not discriminate so it can show up at work or in family situations – anywhere actually - some out of our control but others are self-inflicted. Regardless, the biggest mistake in a crisis is to rely on flawed data because decisions based on “fake data” will only make the problem worst. So, when someone offers information you need to ask if it is an opinion, a feeling, something someone heard or based on an event that is imaginary or a reliable source. Also ask, can it be proven?
