What will be your favorite word in 2021?

As it is a tradition for some, new year’s resolutions become a good exercise in planning for the new year. For those who don’t part take on this, how about thinking about a word for 2021? Staying on the positive side –some may include Grit, Possibilities, Foresight and Righteous among others. So, if you had to pick a word for the entire year, what would it be? Happy New Year!!!

Arturo’s volunteer experience ranges from holding the position of Co-Chair Diversity Business Council at the Conference Board, Board Chair for INROADS Midwest Region, Strategy Planning committee member for MERS Goodwill Board to presenter at The Forum on Workplace Inclusion Conference. He holds a master's degree in International Business and is ABD in a doctoral management program on Management Theory & Practice. He is also fluent in Spanish. And his alma mater is Northern Arizona University.
