How do you survive a Dysfunctional Team?

Teams are like family units –they have leaders, individual 

members, tasks, rules & values and there are lots of emotions among other things. So, if you think of five families you know well and ranked them from best to worst–would you say the worst one is dysfunctional? Similarly, if you think of five teams you have worked in the past, what separates the best from the least productive? Is it dysfunction and how do you stay above water?

He holds a master's degree in International Business and is ABD in a doctoral management program on Management Theory & Practice. He is also fluent in Spanish. And his alma mater is Northern Arizona University.
