What is the Holiday Season?

So, what comes to mind when we think of the holiday season? For some, Hanukkah – a Jewish holiday, Bodhi Day – holiday observed by Buddhists, Eid Milad Un Nabi – Islamic holiday, St. Lucia’s Day – religious festival of light, Kwanzaa – an African-American holiday and of course Christmas among others. And then consider in the mix Atheists who don’t part-take in religious celebrations but still represent about 3% of the US population. So, how do you celebrate the holiday season?
