Michelangelo wrote “ancora imparo” on a drawing when he was 87 which is a year before he died – it translates to “I am still learning.” This happened almost 450 years ago and the idea of continuous learning still applies today. Life offers a number of lessons regardless of our age for example when someone says you learned how a person has your back so learning shows up in a variety of ways. Other than tunnel vision & ignorance, how does the lack of continuous learning impact what people do at work?
