How do you deal with hypocrisy in the workplace? Some use it by being phony to a client, co-worker or management as a necessity to survive in a toxic work environment while others leverage it as a tool to manipulate and/or persuade others. Regardless, what are your thoughts on the spectrum between necessity and manipulation of hypocrisy?
