Dealing with uncertainty and uncomfortable situations is part of life but how do we get better at dealing with stressors? Yes, we have all heard to accept what we can’t control for example dealing with an impossible work deadline or a difficult boss but most important is how do we keep ourselves healthy both mentally and physically– right?
