GENERATION Z –This young working generation is about 18 to 22 years old now. They will represent about 20% of the total global workforce by 2020. What is alarming is that data shows that this generation in the U.S. is showing increases in the rate of depression, anxiety and suicide among young people. They will become the second largest group of employees aftermillennialsso do we do anything different in the workplace knowing what we know now about their mental being?
