Itis unavoidable not to hear the term transformational change in a number of areas including leadership, politics, our own personal core values among others. By definition it tells us that the change is a radical one not only in direction but in position so how do you manage whenyou see a situation where the results of transformational change only produce negative consequences not only to the person but to those around them?
