At work, if someone is not willing to change to improve performance the consequence is clear–termination. Unlike a job, overall some folks are unwilling to change even if it means losing friendships and relationships to mention a few. Best predictors for change are willingness to be open-minded and not distort facts. So, why is it so hard to do this?
